Is the quote free?

Yes. The quote is free and non-binding. You get the scope, a specific deadline and a price in GBP, EUR or USD, and you decide in your own time.

What should I write in the first message?

What your business does, what the site or app should achieve, whether you already have a domain, a logo and copy, and which competitor sites you like. Three sentences are plenty. I will ask about the rest.

Can we talk before I write anything?

Yes. Book a 30-minute call on Google Meet at a time that suits you. I work from the Central European time zone, which overlaps with UK working hours all day and with the US East Coast in your morning.
